CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS, PRINTING ERRORS, AND CHARGES
When someone cancels an order, it is costly to everyone, so will do everything we can to prevent them. First, we ask that you read our Cancellations, Refunds, Printing Errors, and Charges Policy carefully as you will be ask to acknowledge, agree and accept these policies and procedures before you complete your order. If you have any questions about our policies, please call and discuss and or clarify. Any and all approved cancellations must include a cancellation number from our office before we will cancel it. There are NO EXCEPTION! If we approve the canceling of an order AFTER it has been completed by you and accepted by us, but BEFORE it has been printed, you will be refunded the amount you paid LESS:
◊ the cost of any cards already printed and / or shipped; PLUS:
◊ charges we have incurred prior to cancellation; PLUS
◊ $50.00 cancellation fee; and PLUS
◊ 25% restocking fee (based on the total initial cost of your order).
There are No Cancellations or Refunds for an order AFTER it have Been:
◊ Approved for Printing; OR
◊ Printed; OR
After you have approved your proof for printing, or if you did not request a proof, you may NOT cancel your order or receive any credits or refunds. To avoid incurring these costs, we encourage you to read ALL our "fine print" included in our ordering process BEFORE completing your order. These policies and procedures apply to all orders submitted regardless of whether you have actually read these policies and procedures or not or whether verbally expressed or not. No exceptions.
Due to the customized nature of all our cards, we are unable accept any Returns for any reasons. Please refer to our Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, Printing Errors, and Charges for charges incurred if you want to cancel your order after it has been submitted, but before it has been processed. There are NO refunds or returns of any blank stock at any time. Blank card orders are processed immediately after being received and, in some instances, shipped within minutes. Additionally, some blank orders might also be drop shipped from our warehouse directly to you. This policy might appear unreasonable in inflexible, but we take the position that you would not want to buy returned, previously handled and "shipped all over the place" invitations. We will never try to resell them to you, our customers, either.
Once your order has been given to the shipper you selected, we have absolutely no control over what happens to it. We cannot accept returns, as often times, those cards will have bent corners or other type damage. We're sure you would not appreciate receiving 'slightly used' products, so we will never sell them to you. We realize that some companies accept their products back, but the customer disappointment and the hidden costs in receiving less than perfect products raises prices for everyone. Our goal is to ensure your order is printed exactly as shown in your proof that you approved for printing. If your personalized and printed order contains printing errors when you received it because:
◊ the information was not printed exactly as you approved on your proof; OR
◊ if a proof was not requested, your cards were not printed with the information exactly as you submitted in your order,
then we will reprint your order at no charge to you the same day. All reprinting because of errors we committed will be shipped to you the same shipping method as your initial order. For example, if your first order was shipped via ground (5 to 7 business days), your reprinted cards will also be sent with ground shipping. You may upgrade your shipping mode based on our published shipping charges shown elsewhere.
If your printed order contains an error, or errors, when you received it because the cards contained:
◊ error(s) that originated from the information submitted on your initial order;
◊ omission(s) that were not on your submitted order; OR
◊ error(s) you did not correct in the proof when you approved it to print, regardless of the origin of the error, then
subject to your approval, your order will be reprinted at a discount (to be determined by us at the time of your request) from the original costs and shipped the same day. Additional shipping costs will also be incurred and applicable Louisiana sales tax charges.
As you are placing your order, we ensure that it is processed efficiently, promptly, correctly, and on time. When your order has been submitted, all of our departments begin their respective parts, including gathering them from our inventory for your order in the quantity that appeared on your order. If you want to reduce the quantity of other elements of your order, we will assess a processing fee of $15.00 to make those changes. Notwithstanding the previously written policies, refunds of $15.00 or less will not be credited due to the cost for each credit card transaction and other related and associated costs.
