Damaged Cards: In the unlikely event your cards are damaged during shipment, please call and allow us to have them picked up. If the fault lies with our packaging, we will reprint your order and ship it the next working day.
All of our cards are Avon Crest, Acid and Lignan free, White, 80 lb, and are 5" 7". We use this quality card stock because it maintains its beauty for years. The images on our stock are either landscape (5" high 7" wide) or portrait (7" high 5" wide). Since most of our competitors use an inferior weight stock paper, we use only 80 lb weight, so you will find our cards to be a much higher quality stock and more durable.
We automatically add the same quantity of envelopes as cards that you placed in the shopping cart at a cost of 10? each.
Our beautiful matching envelopes are created for our 5 7 are Avon Crest White cards, and measure 5¼" high and 7¼" wide. The complementing thank you card envelopes are white Avon Crest, 5¾" wide and 4?" high.
Yes, you can get your envelopes imprinted with a return address on the back flap for 35? per envelope. We do all imprinting in black ink only and three lines maximum. This option is available on the personalization page.
No, since we create our own designs, we prefer to ensure the printing totally complements the designs. Therefore, we do not sell our cards in blank card stock.
We encourage you to choose from a wide variety of typestyles, fonts, and ink colors. While we want you to be creative, we recommend that you consider the type style, fonts, and ink color recommended by our experienced designers for best results. While preparing your proof, our creative designers will arrange your wording for the best result.
Although we include sample wordings with each of our cards and an entire section allocated to wording ideas, you can write any wordings, sayings, or verses you think is most appropriate. We do offer suggested ink color, typestyle, and fonts, but you are free to use any of the many alternatives we offer.

Yes, BEFORE we print your order, we will happily to make any changes you request, and there are no charges before it has been printed.
If your printed cards contain a typing or printing error caused by our staff, we will happily reprint your order at NO COST to you. We will ask you to return the cards with the error at our expense. However, we are unable to replace printed cards if the error was included in the data you provided, or if you approved your proof with the error in it, so please CHECK YOUR PROOF CAREFULLY before approving it. NO, since all our products are personalized just for you, we are unable to accept any returns. After you approve your proof, we print and ship your order based on your instructions, so after it has been printed, you will not be able to cancel or return your order and receive any refund.
